At Novo, we not only respect for our people’s career elevation plans but also play a role that goes beyond basic boundaries of an employer’s contribution in the same.
We have a career elevation process that is both ongoing and evolutionary. It endeavors to determine the strengths and gaps in all of our people and enables us to identify a solution that closes these gaps.
Our career plan revolves around core of our career elevation process, what is called as Individual Development Plan (IDP). In this plan, we document strategies to help our people develop and grow not just in their immediate career, but also for future career, while focusing on a current or future possible assignment. The goal of the IDP is to help our people strike a balance between their strengths, career aspirations and opportunities with the combined needs of the business. Activities may include self-development, job-based assignments or educational activities.
We help our employees take ownership for both career and ongoing development through participation in on-the-job development for skills enhancement and advancement opportunities.
Our managers are trained to work with our staff members to achieve their career and development goals. Through real-time feedback and IDP, we promote on-the-job development and serve as mentors and resources to others.
