I am really happy to share my experience, the way the interview was conducted at Novo premises and the dedication shown by each of the employees during the entire interview process.
Firstly, I would like to thank Novo for coordinating my interviews with Level 5 Company that took place during January, 2011 and when I got my job confirmation on the same day of interview. I really appreciate their friendly nature in handling smooth interview process with Great Spirit and enthusiasm.
Lastly, I would like to suggest Novo to include many more companies in the list for conducting interviews at Novo’s premises, as other consulting companies are doing it religiously. This way Novo can really give a tough rat race to other organization that are in the same business line and are really struggling to place the talented people to their dream destinations and in turn Novo will gain a top position in the market.

Novo!, I could never forget this company as they helped me in getting a good job. As I was in a different city before, Novo was kind enough to schedule interview at my convenience. Similarly for the second and third rounds of the interviews, they scheduled at my convenience. Novo actually managed things very effectively by not making me to wait for long time during the interview process and by giving up to date feedback about the interview performance, following up on any particular issues etc. Special mention about Chowdaiah R (soft spoken person), Technical Recruiter, Novo for his effective communication with me - I interacted with Chowdiah for all the scheduling and negotiation process. He was very kind enough to understand and act accordingly.
