小水垢对采暖炉造成的大危害

不管是普通的采暖炉还是新型的数控锅炉,都是靠加热锅炉内的水来供暖的,而锅炉在使用时间长了后,都会在炉内产生一些水垢,可不要小看这些水垢,它们对采暖炉的危害可是很大的。

  1、水垢会降低采暖炉的热传导率。水垢本身的传热能力低,过多的水垢包裹会使得锅炉的传热效率下降,蒸发量减少,采暖炉出力降低。另外水垢会使得受热面热交换变差,后果就是排烟温度增加,采暖炉热效率变低,增加了燃料的使用。
  2、水垢的产生会破坏采暖炉系统的水循环。如果是在管内结垢,会造成水管过水截面变小,使得水循环的阻力变大,若是不及时清理,严重时可能造成水管堵塞,破坏水循环,甚至是造成爆管。
  3、水垢会影响采暖炉的使用寿命。受热面有水垢时,热量传动会受阻,金属受热面温度过高,强度会下降,导致受热部件变形。另外经常采用机械或者化学的方法清理水垢,会缩短采暖炉的使用寿命。
  4、水垢会腐蚀采暖炉。水垢具有一定的腐蚀性,水垢存在的时间越长对于金属的腐蚀就越严重。而且,时间越长的水垢越难清洗,实际上增加了维护的费用。
