要如何保护启动过程中的数控锅炉过热器?

过热器是数控锅炉中将蒸汽从饱和温度进一步加热至过热温度的部件,又称蒸汽过热器。过热器按传热方式可分为对流式、辐射式和半辐射式; 按结构特点可分为蛇形管式、 屏式、墙式和包墙式。它们都由若干根并联管子和进出口集箱组成。
大部分工业锅炉不装设过热器,因为许多工业生产流程和生活设施只需要饱和蒸汽。在电站、机车和船用锅炉中,为了提高整个蒸汽动力装置的循环热效率,一般都装有过热器。
但是还是有很多小型的采暖炉会安装过热器,而为了保护过热器管壁不超温,在流量小于额定值10%-15%时,需要控制进入过热器的烟气温度,手段是限制燃烧率或调整炉内火焰中心位置。随着压力的升高,蒸汽流量增大,过热器冷却条件有所改善,这时可用限制锅炉过热器出口气温的方法来保护过热器,要求锅炉过热器出口气温比额定温度低50-100℃,对于控制燃烧率及排气量,也可调整炉内火焰中心位置或改变过量空气系数,但从经济性考虑是不提倡用改变过量空气系数的方法来调节气温的。
